Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you send our free estimate form, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your project description, plus anything else you choose to tell us, such as your address or part of town, fence type, length and timing
When you call us, we collect what you tell us on the call. If you send photos or other details later by email, we keep those with your request.
Information collected automatically with your form
So we know how people find us, each form request is saved with the page you sent it from, the website that referred you (if any), any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the country your connection comes from and your browser type. We don’t record your exact location.
Phone calls
Calls to and from (405) 287-2250 may be recorded. Our phone service also logs each call’s number, date, time and length. We use recordings and call logs to make sure we follow up on every request, to keep an accurate record of what you asked for, for quality and training, and for our business records. If you’d rather not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or use the estimate form instead.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view and whether an estimate request was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. It doesn’t receive your name, phone number, email or project description. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way.
Spam protection
Our form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser and connection to make that check. It doesn’t use advertising cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To call or email you about your request and set up your free on-site estimate
- To prepare your written quote and, if you hire us, to plan, schedule and complete your fence work
- To keep records of the requests we receive and how each one was handled
- To understand which pages and sources bring in requests, so we can improve the site
- To block spam and protect the site and form from misuse
- To meet legal obligations and resolve disputes
We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
How We Share Your Information
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it only in these cases:
- Fence contractors who handle your project. We may pass your request to a local fence contractor we work with so they can contact you, give your estimate and do the work. They may use your details only for your project.
- Service providers that run the site and our communications for us: Cloudflare (website hosting, form processing, request storage, spam protection and analytics), Resend (delivers your form request to us by email), Google (analytics) and our phone service (calls, call logs and recordings). They process information on our behalf and not for their own marketing.
- Legal reasons, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- Business transfers. If this business or website is sold or transferred, your information may go to the new owner, who must handle it under this policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep estimate requests, call logs and recordings for as long as we need them to answer your request, complete and stand behind any work, and keep accurate business and tax records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
How We Protect It
The whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form requests are stored in a private database that only we can access, and the keys to our email and database services are never published in the site’s code. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details through the form or by email.
Your Choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it, unless we need to keep it for a job in progress, a warranty or a legal reason
- Stop contacting you
Call (405) 287-2250 or send a note through our contact form and say what you’d like us to do. We may need to confirm it’s you before we make a change.
Children
This site is for adults planning fence projects. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Links to Other Websites
This site may link to other websites, such as the City of Norman, OKIE811 or the Google opt-out page above. We don’t control those sites, and their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
